A Mobile Claims Application to support “Hassle Free” Claims commitment to the personal lines market available on the iPhone, BlackBerry and Android devices. The App allows user to Report a Claim (Auto and Property), Search for Brokers, Search for Auto Repair Shops and Browse RSA Products.
RSA App components call OS native functions. Uses GPS location detector, Camera and/or Camera Roll, Calendar and the native HTTP connectivity to submit the claim to the RSA server. Data is always fetched from a local data store. Incremental updates of the local data store are done by the Data Store Updater components that run silently in the background.
